We will promptly investigate the issue and work towards a satisfactory resolution. b. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a refund, replacement, or credit to correct the error.

  3. Change of Mind: a. Due to the perishable nature of our microgreens, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or personal preference. b. However, if you have any concerns or questions about our products, please contact our customer support team. We are here to assist you and provide any necessary information to ensure your satisfaction.

  4. Refund Process: a. To initiate a refund or return, please contact our customer support team with your order details, including the reason for the request. b. Depending on the circumstances, we may require you to return the product, provide photographic evidence, or take other appropriate actions. c. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, within a reasonable timeframe.

  5. Non-Refundable Items: a. Some products may be non-refundable, such as perishable goods that have exceeded their recommended shelf life. b. Gift cards or promotional items are also non-refundable.
